Downstairs comprises the commercial kitchen, the bar servery area, the carvery servery area, the internal restaurant and the terrace. Serving  roast dinners from the Carvery and a full a la carte menu, the business is open from 6.00pm to 10.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, and open 12.30 to 4.30 for Sunday lunch + the evening session. With the living accommodation included in the business, this makes the rent extremely good value. Would recommend this for a viewing as soon as you can.
