Well Established Food Bar - Benalmadena, Malaga
This well established and very popular café bar, is situated in a pretty Andalucian square in the bustling town centre of Arroyo de la Miel, but unspoilt town is known locally as “Little England” as it has a very high “Ex-pat” population. It enjoys an equally good resident and tourist trade. Bar & restaurants here are keenly sought after. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. It is situated less than a mile from the coast and the very fashionable marina. Inside, 15m2 there is well presented and attractive bar area with seating for 15. The large outside sunny terrace, 60m2 has seating for up to 60. The present British owners provide a varied menu including Sunday roasts and late night bites opening from 11am until late. Very rare does a café bar in this location become available. Can easily be run by a couple and is a ready to walk in to business. Benalmadena is the Malaga province of Spain, only 20 mins from the airport by train or car. The Benalmadena Coast (Spanish: Benalmàdena Costa) is the southernmost portion of Benalmádena, this is the strip along the Mediterranean Sea. There are many hotels, bars, and of course beaches, and the Puerto Marina is here. The Puerto Marina is an open-air shopping mall, marina, and on-the-water (literally) condominium complex. Next door to the shopping portion which surrounds the harbour, there is a complex containing Benalmádenas nightclubs. There is a local bus service, which operates within the town limits. They run up to Benalmadena Pueblo via Arroyo de la Miel starting from both ends of the coastal road. Buses also run along the coast from Malaga right down to Estepona and from Benalmadena to Malaga or Fuengirola. There are many bars and restaurants of many nationalities throughout the town, as well as lots of local shops in Arroyo de la Miel, with many others dotted around the area.
